Return policy

Research-use-only limitation

All materials supplied by Peptiora Labs are strictly for laboratory research use by qualified personnel. Return eligibility is therefore limited and subject to verification that the item has remained unopened, undamaged and within the storage conditions published for the product.

Return eligibility

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery only when all of the following are met:

• The item is in its original, unopened, tamper-evident packaging.
• Lot identifiers, labels and documentation are intact and legible.
• The item has been stored according to the conditions stated on the product page and enclosed documentation.
• Written authorisation has been obtained from Peptiora Labs before the return is shipped.

Items that cannot be returned

• Opened, partially used or reconstituted items.
• Items that have been damaged, mislabelled or repackaged after delivery.
• Items where the cold chain or recommended storage conditions have not been maintained.
• Items returned without prior written authorisation.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If an item arrives damaged, does not conform to its published specification, or is not the item ordered, notify Peptiora Labs within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the packaging, labels and any visible damage, along with the lot number and order reference. Where the discrepancy is confirmed against our release records, we will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.

Return process

1. Contact us at research@peptioralabs.com with your order reference and reason for return.
2. Wait for written authorisation and return instructions before shipping anything back.
3. Pack the item in its original outer packaging with the documentation sheet enclosed.
4. Ship the return using a trackable service to the address provided in the authorisation.
5. Once received and inspected, we will process the approved refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damaged shipment confirmed by Peptiora Labs.

Exceptions and discretion

Because these are controlled laboratory materials, Peptiora Labs reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions above or where storage integrity cannot be verified. All decisions on replacements, refunds and partial credits are made at our reasonable discretion.
