Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are reviewed and processed on business days, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 GST. Orders received outside these hours are processed on the next business day. Purchaser details are verified before dispatch.

Packaging

• Sealed, labelled presentations with lot identification.
• Tamper-evident outer packaging with protective inserts.
• Temperature-appropriate protection for sensitive materials.
• Documentation sheet enclosed with the shipment.

Cold chain handling

Materials requiring low-temperature transport are dispatched in insulated packaging with coolant appropriate to the transit window. Storage conditions for each item are published on its product page and repeated on the enclosed documentation.

Tracking and delivery

• Tracking information is issued at dispatch.
• Shipments are delivered to institutional, laboratory or business addresses.
• A named recipient is required at the delivery address.

Receipt verification

On receipt, verify packaging integrity, lot identifiers and storage condition before placing materials into inventory. Report discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery so that the lot can be reviewed against our release records.

Customs and regulations

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that materials may lawfully be imported, received and handled at the delivery destination, and for obtaining any authorisation required by the applicable jurisdiction.
