Dispatch

Orders are processed every day, including weekends. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery

Cold-chain and packaging

Peptides are supplied as lyophilised solids and are packaged to protect product integrity in transit. It is the receiving institution's responsibility to store materials according to the supplied documentation immediately on arrival.

Shipping fees

Shipping charges are calculated and confirmed at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the receiving institution.

No returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once a product has left our facility it can no longer be verified as uncontaminated, and for laboratory research materials even the possibility of contamination makes re-entry into our supply chain unsafe. Please review your order carefully before confirming it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a shipment arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, notify us at research@peptioralabs.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order reference and photographs of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or a refund of the affected items — no return shipment is required; dispose of the affected material in accordance with your institution's laboratory procedures.

Refunds

Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect items are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the claim being approved.

Documentation

Certificates of analysis are issued per lot and are available against the lot number shown in the catalogue. Retain lot references with your records; documentation requests should accompany any claim.
