1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products. We may update these terms and the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

Products are offered only to qualified laboratory professionals, academic institutions, research organisations and businesses conducting lawful laboratory research. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and authorised to purchase on behalf of the organisation named in the order. We may request evidence of laboratory or institutional status and may decline or cancel any order.

3. Product Purpose (Research Use Only)

All products are supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, food, supplements, cosmetics or veterinary products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated for safety in humans or animals. No dosing, administration or human-use information is provided by us.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Administration to humans or animals in any form.
• Use in food, beverages, supplements, cosmetics or veterinary products.
• Resale, relabelling or repackaging for human or veterinary use.
• Any use that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or contrary to these terms.

5. Customer Representations

You represent that you are purchasing for lawful laboratory research use, that you will handle, store and dispose of materials in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice, and that you will not resupply materials for prohibited uses. These representations are confirmed by the mandatory declarations accepted when requesting a quotation.

6. Ordering and Payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when we issue a confirmation. Prices are issued per quotation in the currency stated on the quotation and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated. Payment must be received or authorised before dispatch. We may correct pricing errors before acceptance.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch to laboratory, institutional or business addresses. Temperature-sensitive materials are shipped in insulated packaging. Delivery timescales are estimates. You are responsible for ensuring that import, possession and use of the ordered materials are lawful in the destination jurisdiction and for obtaining any required permits.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because these are controlled laboratory materials, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery only where storage integrity can be verified and after written authorisation. Opened, damaged or temperature-compromised items cannot be returned. Where an item arrives damaged or does not conform to its specification, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, documentation templates, trade marks and layout, is owned by or licensed to Peptiora Labs and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Products are supplied without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond conformity with the published specification. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Peptiora Labs against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your use or onward supply of the products, or your failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
