Terms of supply
Eligibility
Materials are supplied only to research institutions, universities, contract research organisations and comparable entities. The catalogue is public and orders are placed through guest checkout without registration. Peptiora may decline orders that do not meet these eligibility requirements.
Research use only
All materials are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and must not be administered to humans or animals.
Ordering
Orders must be placed by an authorised representative of the purchasing institution. Each order requires written confirmation of research use before it is accepted.
Documentation
Certificates of analysis are issued per lot and referenced against the lot number shown in the catalogue. Retain lot references for your records.
Handling and storage
The purchasing institution is responsible for safe handling, storage, use and disposal in accordance with applicable local regulations and institutional policy.
Liability
Materials are supplied without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the stated specification. Peptiora accepts no liability for use outside the permitted research scope.
All products supplied by Peptiora are for laboratory research use only (RUO). Not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.
